Enjoy the flexibility of no minimum quantities, and receive your designs fully finished with diamonds or pre-polished, fully inspected and ready to set. We have no minimum quantity requirements, so please feel free to order to fit your needs! We accept all major credit cards, and orders can be shipped COD ($10 processing fee applies). Our clients are also welcome to establish an account with us and apply for payment terms. Please contact us for a credit application.

We offer quick turnaround times for our catalog designs and custom work. Rush orders are available, please inquire. Orders placed with custom design and/or finishing services require additional time; please call for turnaround times.

EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY 
Expect uniformity in each reproduction among accurate ring sizes and a proper fit every time for your calibrated diamonds and gemstones. Through leveraging our manufacturing heritage, we carefully craft each design for consistent and exceptional quality and durability. Our CAD designers, manufacturers and setters collaborate to ensure beauty, repeatability, and durability with each and every Private Collection piece. We model each design using high resolution rapid prototyping and are able to replicate each piece through our mastery of the latest in photopolymer and molding technologies.  Our castings are laser inspected for quality, then tumbled, desprued, and pre-finished with a special burnishing process. 

PRICING
All prices are approximate and are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are based on average weight. You will be invoiced based on the actual total weight of the item(s) shipped and the market rates in effect at the time of shipping. Log in to view up-to-date metal, diamond and setting pricing.

RETURNS
Full credit will be provided for catalog stock orders (non-special/custom order items) if returned to Casting House seven days from delivery date. If the returned item metal weight is less than the listed amount on the invoice, partial credit will be given as appropriate. All items returned after seven days will be eligible for refining credit only, which for Platinum is 85% of London Fix ounce price on the day received and for Gold 92% of London Fix ounce price on the day received.  Any catalog item set and finished with diamonds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Design fees will not be reimbursed on custom order returns. Items special/custom ordered, altered, cut or manufactured to your specifications, cannot be accepted for credit or exchange, unless defects are found and reported to Casting House within 72 hours of receipt. Refining credit may be offered by exception, upon approval. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
